Adam, Breakfast is the best way to start the day there.....but be sure to have three good and big meals each day...that is the way to good health!!!

Adam....'naners are good, but be sure to get some protien shakes with it each time!! and ask for seconds as well.... :-) :-)

Adamn...be sure to show this to your physicial therapist...but he may be awere of it from prior participation, who knows....after all this is a great exercise for the throat muscles.
